Meet the maker Ali Parris

Nancy in the Tree is the name I have chosen for my original artwork and designs. My name is Ali Parris and I am Mrs to a Mr Parris and Mum to two gorgeous boys and sometime egg collector to four hens! Nancy in the Tree is named after my amazing Gran who inspired me so much in the time I knew her from her wonderful baking full of love and her dressing up box of delights to her thriftiness and ability to produce something amazing from an empty margarine tub and cardboard boxes! I especially love anything quirky and unusual but appreciate classic design also. At college I recieved a BTEC National Diploma in Art and Design. I spend most of my time with my lovely family but can also be found creating new designs at my desk, gardening, listening to music or with my nose in a Fashion magazine!
