Meet the maker Caitlin Smith

Based just outside Bath, Somerset, Mrs Smith's Boutique creates and sells handcrafted vintage cake stands. Each one is unique and exclusive, comprising of vintage, individually sourced china.

The three tiers consist of a cake plate, side plate and saucer with a gold or silver removable centre and handle. Two tier cake stands are also available.

Custom orders are welcome as I can source china to a specific theme or colour, for example for use in weddings or parties.

Please note, due to the age and vintage nature of the plates there may be occasional 'rubbing' to the gilding or very slight 'crazing' to the glaze. There may also be very small irregularities to the underside of the drilled holes. These are however always covered up by the washers that are used in the fixings so are not visible when the cake stand is assembled.
