Meet the maker

Hello and welcome, I am Mrs Moo and I love to make beautiful things from felt. I discovered the magic of felt a few years ago at a craft show and started by knitting and then felting bags. Since then I have tried my hand at wet felt and now I am exploring the fun that can be had with needle felting. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Here's how I got the name Moo: When I was a little girl my mum used to call me 'Misey Moo' when I was a bit grumpy, the Misey has got lost somewhere along the way but the Moo has stuck. Most of my close friends and family call me Moo now, it is a little less long winded than Miranda!

So Mrs Moo is really me but also my crafy, bovine alter ego. I love to create and get my inspiration from the beautiful Devon countryside or things around me.

Post and Packaging -

I will post all my items first class royal mail or via standard parcels if the item is large. Please allow 1 to 3 working days for despatch following receipt of payment. ------------------------------------

Refunds -
I will gladly refund any item that you are not completely happy with. Please contact me so that we can discuss any concerns. Please note refunds are only available on unused items returned in the same condition as sold. Items must be returned within 7 days of receipt and I cannot refund return postal charges.
