Meet the maker Emma Jones

About me and my jewellery: Hello, I am Emma Jones aka Mrs Jones, and I make jewellery where I live in Somerset. I create gorgeous handmade jewellery using glass beads, Swarovski pearls and anything else that I can get my hands on! I have been making jewellery since 2009, andI have had great success in selling it to my friends and colleagues.

Presentation:All jewellery will be already gift wrapped, either in an organza bag, gift bag or gift box.

Postage: Your goods will be dispatched within two working days of receipt of purchase, first class where possible.

Christmas Postage: The last day for Christmas postage is 14th December 2011.

Payment: Payments are transacted through Paypal only. It is not necessary for you to have a Paypal account.

Returns Policy: If you are unhappy with your jewellery, please return it in its original state within 14 days of receipt for a refund. If you have bought earrings and wish to return them, you have a right to return them, but please do not try them on.

Commissions: If you are interested in commissioning an piece of jewellery, please send me a message through the "Contact Me" button in the first instance where I can give you a quote and an estimate of the length of time it will take me.
