I live with my 2 teenagers near The New Forest. I am a pattern designer and dressmaker. I love making custom and personalised items. Sewing's my first love but I also sketch, crochet, screen print, paper cut..

Cards are sent packaged in cello packets and board backed envelopes. Most other items are packaged in a plastic zip lock bag and plastic mailer or Jiffy envelope.

All items are posted first class usually the same day as payment.
Custom orders may take a little longer depending on the nature of the order and availability of materials. Most orders are generally sent within 3 days.

I always obtain 'proof of purchase' with every item I send, please contact me if your item fails to be delivered withinin 7 days (Uk) (most should arrive next day)
If you need to return your purchase, please contact me asap after receiving it, so I can offer a replacement or refund.

Please allow extra time when ordering in August, November and December as these are my busiest times
