Meet the maker Clare Miles

Hello. My name is Clare Miles I'm a 37 (how did that happen!) year old designer. I trained as a furniture and product designer at Nottingham Trent Uni and spent twelve great years designing domestic upholstery. Then I had number three child and became a stay at home Mum. Ever since I was little I've always loved to make things . I'm currently working on small illustrations and recycled cut papers to create art illustrations suitable for jewellery, mirrors and pictures. My work often includes birds, hearts and flowers - all images I get inspired by. All the pieces are made by me at home in Wollaton, Nottingham.
