Hello, I am
A south american "girl" born in Santiago de Chile who lived since I was 2 years old in Brazil. I am based in Bristol since 2007 and I've been working with hair accessories since 2010. I studied Advertising Design, Illustration, Painting, Drawing, Mosaic, silvermithing and Ceramics of low temperature. I learnt how to sew with my mum who knows a lot and I try to use all of it in my creations. I love arts in general, specially flamenco dance, that I've been learning slowly since 2005.
All Yooyssi Petite products are made in a pet free (nothing against them, I love animals), clean and non-smoking enviroment.

United Kingdom (mainland) Shipping Rates & Methods

All orders are shipped using the Royal Mail's first class delivery service and should arrive at their destination no later than 3 working days after dispatch.

All orders regardless of the quantity is charged £2.00. The rate shipping charge of £2.00 covers Postage & Packing.

Overseas Shipping and Methods

All orders are shipped using the Royal Mail's first class delivery service and should arrive at their destination no later than 10 working days after dispatch.

All orders regardless of the quantity is charged £4.50. The rate shipping charge of £4.50 covers Postage & Packing.

Return or exchange an item

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item to us in its original condition within 14 days of receipt.
Returned items should be unused and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation. We will issue a full refund on receipt, excluding the original delivery charge. Alternatively, if preferred, we will exchange the item.

Please note:

1. Goods will only be accepted for return if they are despatched within 14 days of delivery, unless we have notified you otherwise.

2. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.

3. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.

4. Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty and a refund is made.

Christmas order will be only accepted till 14th of December for UK buyers. Sorry! For overseas the order are closed. In UK, you need to allow at least 10 days before Christmas for your items to arrive in time. If your order is not for Christmas you can shop as usual, just add a note when paying with Paypal mentioning it is not for Christmas.. Thanks for your compreention. :)
