Meet the maker Ruth Giles

I have a fine arts background but love all types of crafting, particularly textiles. My love of all things vintage is evident in my work and makes for unique pieces. All of the goods available in my shop are handmade.

I retain the copyright on my items even after sale. All transactions are subject to UK law.

PAYMENT

Please select "Paypal" to pay via your Credit or Debit Card or your Paypal Account. Please pay immediately and no later than within 24hours of checkout.

I will ship your order within a week (7 days) of cleared payment and email you to let you know your parcel is on its way.

Shipping

If you are outside of the UK please contact me to find out postage costs. All items posted in padded or board backed envelopes - I sometimes recycle packaging to be more environmentally friendly, but the items themselves will come wrapped in cellophane or tissue paper. All items will be sent Royal Mail 2nd class, if you require faster service please convo me and I will try to help.

Refunds and Exchanges

If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, please contact me by e-mail within 7 days of receiving your order.

Items must be returned within 10 days of receipt, you must contact me before returning any items and obtain proof of posting. I reserve the right to refuse any returns if the condition of the goods differs from that which was sent out.

All refunds will be issued via Paypal for the price of the goods only - initial postage costs are non-refundable, but in cases where goods are not as ordered or damaged I will issue an additional refund of postage costs incurred while returning the order.
