Hello and welcome to MarthaMooBeads! I live in Sheffield with my lovely husband, our 2 gorgeous children and our cat who thinks she is a human!!!

I started making jewellery after my husband questioned why I was playing with my little girls beads, when it was 9pm and she was long since tucked up in bed! To which I replied 'Ok, I'll buy my own!' Boy did he regret that!!!

I make original designs, and if by chance they are duplicated, it is purely by luck, and not planning! If you are looking for something specific, please contact me, and I will do my best to help. Likewise, if you see something you like and want it in a different colour, I will be able to make something similar!

I have decided to add all of my craft items to this shop too, as it is easier to manage and update regularly. All of my crafty items are unique designs. As with my jewellery, please contact me if you would like something specific :-)

Payment for items
Payment is made through Paypal. You do not need to have a Paypal account to make payment using a credit/debit card.

Postage
All items are posted within 2 working daysfollowing payment by Royal Mail First Class. Shipping to International destinations is by Royal Mail Airmail. I always obtain proof of postage. Very occasionally parcels do get lost, please allow 3 weeks for delivery of UK Parcels and 5 weeks for International Parcels. If your parcel does not arrive within this time please contact me.

Refunds and Exchanges
When selecting your purchases please be aware that whilst you are buying the actual item shown, the colour may look slightly different due to photographs. For hugiene reasons, I am unable to exchange or refund earrings.

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase please contact me within 7 days of receipt. If the problem cannot be resolved a full refund will be given, Items must be returned to me in the same condition which you recieved them in within 7 days of a refund being given. Failure to return items following a refund is in breach of statutory duty and action will be taken to recover the goods.
