Hi, my name is Lucy, and I love to design and make things in my spare time. I love all things hand made, preferring to buy handmade myself if I can. I make an eclectic mix of things, using lots of different materials such as fabric, felt, thread, buttons, ribbons, beads or whatever I happen to have to hand at the time. I try to make all my items as unique as possible, I usually think of an idea, make one item and then I'll perhaps make a small batch of similar things, but still different.

Shop policies:
Payment - through paypal.

Postage and packing - I will endevour to post my items within 48hrs of an order being placed and when I have received payment. If items are ordered on a Friday or at the weekend your order will be dispatched on a Monday. I all ways obtain proof of postage.
I giftwrap all my items, usually with coloured tissue paper and ribbon. I will then usually use bubble wrap, cardboard and a jiffy bag or envelope to make sure your purchase reaches you undamaged - these may often be recycled.

Refunds - I do hope that you will be pleased with your purchase, but if for any reason you are not, contact me within 7 days of your order and I will be more than happy to help. Refunds will be given via paypal, once the item has been returned.
