About Lucellen

I am happy when making things. I always loved cutting out and making things as a kid and I guess never grew out of it. Whether fabric or paper, cutting out and creating something new and unique is one of those things in life that I find most satisfying. I hope you too enjoy some of the items I made whilst enjoying myself.

You will find my handmade creations for sale on Folksy as well as occasionally at local craft fairs. My makes include cushions, bags, lavender stacks, hanging hearts, bunting, baby girls' dresses and face coverings.

Delivery
Unless an item is custom made to order, I aim to deliver all items within 48 hours of receiving an order and full payment. Preferred method of payment is through Paypal, mainly because this is quickest in being able to get the item to you, or cheques are acceptable too if this is easier, just means you have to wait a little longer for the item!

All items will be well packaged and posted to you by Royal Mail second class delivery.

I have stocked items but will always continue to make and offer more for sale so if I am out of stock you may have to wait a little longer for your product to arrive as it will be made to order.

Returns
If you purchase an item and you are not entirely satisfied, then provided I receive the item back in the exact same condition as sent to you, and within 14 working days after the order was dispatched, in the original packaging, I am completely happy to offer you a full refund.

Other Information
Everything I make is handmade. That means there may be slight differences in the items you receive to those pictured, especially when selling more than one of an item.

If you have any special ideas or requests, I will do my up-most to try and create them for you!
