Loverly Linens has grown from my love for creating something that is a little bit different as gifts for family and friends.

I love making unique quirky things, it's now time to share them!

I make unusual and quirky Kindle (with or without keyboard), mobile phone and camera/gadget cases ..... also custom made upon request. I also take custom orders for covers for laptops, Sony Readers, Archos and ipads although I don't normally keep a stock of these.

I also make funky, unique household textiles including reversible aprons, tea cosies, coffee pot cosies, peg bags and more with an emphasis on a high quality and original product.

Policies

Payment
I accept PayPal or you can contact me to arrange a bank transfer. Any import taxes etc are the responsibility of the buyer.

Delays
If an occasion arises where shipping may be delayed, for example when Royal Mail experiences difficulties due to weather conditions or strikes, I will keep the buyer informed.

Shipping
If I've already made the item then I'll send it within 3 working days of receipt of payment. Made to order items will take longer. Please contact me so I can give you a precise timescale.

Small items within the UK will be sent First Class recorded mail using Royal Mail. The p&p charge covers the packing and part of the postage, but I prefer to ensure that you can keep track of your purchase.

If you are ordering from overseas then please contact me with your requirements so I can give you a range of options and prices for parcels to your country.

It's always nice to recieve confirmation that you have received your order and also to recieve feedback about the product you have bought.

Refunds
The materials in my products are carefully selected and lovingly sewn together. I only sell items that I would happily use myself. If you are not happy with your purchase then please contact me within 7 days of receiving your item. I can then send the relevant information on how to return it. Please note the item must be returned unused, undamaged and in the original condition. Refunds will be made via PayPal.
