A little bit about LouLou!
I'm LouLou (often referred to as Monkey LouLou!) I'm from London and have developed a passion for jewellery making over the past few years.

My love for vintage fashion and style (hopefully) shine through my in jewellery designs. I try my hardest to use vintage charms in my pieces whenever possible and if I can't get them, I'll pop in a touch of vintage inspiration instead!

I love girly, quirky and pretty things. Expect a lot of hearts, gold, pearls and weird and wonderful patterns!!

Some Important Bits and Bobs
Postage:
All items will be posted within 2 working days of receipt of payment and will be sent by Royal Mail 1st class post. All items are beautifully and delicately wrapped. Postage and Packaging is £1.50 for the first item and 50p for additional items (unless otherwise stated in item listing). Generally, once posted all items should take 1-3working days to be delivered. If you would like a tracked service please email LouLousLuxuries@live.co.uk before placing your order to be advised on costs for this.

Custom orders
LouLou is more than happy to take custom orders! If there is something you have dreamt of and would like LouLou to make, please email LouLousLuxuries@live.co.uk with your idea and a sketch if possible. What could be better than a piece of jewellery made especially for you from your own design? Truly unique!

Returns
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, although Lou Lou will be very disappointed, returns will be accepted, provided reason is given within 14days of purchase via email to the email address provided. Items must be returned in saleable condition and postage costs will not be refunded. For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless faulty. Please note that LouLou cannot be responsible for any losses incurred when an item is returned.
Jewellery Care
Lou Lou's Luxuries jewellery are gold plated brass, raw brass, silver plated and vintage versions of all of these. Materials are in the item description and any other materials will be noted.

Because of the nature of the materials used they will tarnish and look less than perfect over time (charm and character, character and charm!) and the vintage pieces may show signs of this already. There are a couple of things you can do to slow this process.

The first is a given...Do not shower or sleep in your jewellery! Not only will it be slightly uncomfortable for you, but the products you wash with can effect your jewellery!

Along the same lines, avoid applying perfumed lotions and potions to the areas of your body that the jewellery will come into contact with. The chemicals in these can cause plating on brass to tarnish and come away...Not what you want!
