Meet the maker Moll Burgess

I am a time traveller from 1880 and I spend most of my time looking for the key to my time machine which I have, typically, mislaid. The rest of the time I make steampunk jewellery because Steampunk is my favourite style, along with anything Victorian. I love geeky things and and weird stuff (think Jules Verne, HP Lovecraft, HG Wells).

I have always made things. My favourite things to do are reading, making things, sewing and tea. It was the Tea and Cake that are always appearing on the Folksy Forums that made me want to set up here!

I spend my time designing and making. I do lots of custom pieces and will make something for you if you contact me.

Please note that my items are not suitable for children under 15 years old.

My jewellery is made from vintage bits and pieces which are professionally cleaned but may show signs of their age. Often they are beautifully patinated and I try to preserve this.

Orders are shipped as soon as possible, within 2 working days of receiving payment.
All items are carefully packaged i handsome black gift boxesand and mailed to you in a bubble wrap envelope.
I ship by Royal Mail First Class.

For non UK buyers please note that I am not responsible for any customs charges or taxes on my packages entering your country. These are charges you must pay yourself - if they are applied. US buyers also please also note that I do not reccommend my jewellery ( except for hair clips) for children under 15 years.

Refunds and Exchanges

I hope you will be happy with your item. I will refund if the item is not what you wanted. Please return the item within 14 days, unworn/unused & with original packaging. For your protection I recommend that you use an insured/trackable method of return. If you wish to return anything please contact me within 7 days of receipt so that I know to expect its arrival.
I will package goods well so that it is unlikey that they will be damged in transit. In that event please contact me in the first instance and I will do my utmost to rectify the problem.

I am happy to receive feedback on my shop and items. I take commissions. If you require Custom or specific items please contact me and I will do my best to fulfill your request for non-copyrighted designs or items.

Please note that sales of all my items are transacted under UK Law and by purchasing and paying for any of my items you accept that UK Law will apply to those transactions.
