PAYMENT
Please pay at the time of purchase. If payment is not received within five working days, the items will be re-listed. Payment is by PayPal only please.

POSTAGE & PACKING
Orders will be sent either in a bubble mailer or small box. I aim to post within three working days of receipt of full payment and I use Royal Mail first class post.

REFUNDS
My photographs and descriptions are as clear and accurate as I can make them, however if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact me immediately on receipt of your parcel so that we can sort things out. Please note that refunds will not include any postage costs.
