TERMS & CONDITIONS
Payment: Payment is through PayPal only. Please pay within three days. If you don't have a PayPal account, don't worry; you can still pay via the service using a debit or credit card. Choose the PayPal option during checkout. After you’ve submitted your order, click on the ‘Pay Now’ button. Scroll down and you’ll see the option to pay with a credit or debit card without having to sign up for a PayPal account.

Postage and Packaging: All items will be individually wrapped and then securely packaged inside a bubble envelope. All items will be posted within three days of receipt and clearance of payment. All items will be sent your items to your Folksy registered address. Please send a separate message if you would like the items to be sent to a different address. Shipping within the UK is by Royal Mail First Class post, and overseas by Royal Mail Airmail. If you are buying from overseas any additional charges i.e. duty, customs charges etc are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Returns: If you do have any concerns or wish to return items, please contact me within seven days of receiving them. Please return the items in the condition received and in the original packaging and a full refund of the actual purchase cost will be completed. Any return postage costs will not be refunded.
