Welcome to Kaytie's Owls, the perfect place to find something adorable to buy as a gift for an owl loving friend, or as a special treat to yourself!

All items are handmade by myself at my home in Leeds, West Yorkshire. I enjoy finding interesting fabrics to work with, recycling fabric from clothing, bags and other found items and finding just the right embellishment to make each item individual and interesting.

Terms & Conditions:

I will aim to post all purchases within 3-5 working days of receiving cleared payment. I work full time so it may be difficult for me to get to the post office the same day or the day after you purchase, but I will endeavour to get your item to you as quickly as possible.

All items are shipped to the UK using Royal Mail standard parcels or second class post. This is to ensure that my postage costs are kept as low as possible, if you'd like your item to arrive ASAP, or want the added security of signed for or trackable postage, please do not hesitate to contact me for a postage quote!

If you are unhappy with your purchase in any way, please contact me via Folksy so we can discuss any problems, I will try my hardest to reach an agreeable resolution whatever your problem, my aim is to have a happy customer at the end of each purchase!

Returns, refunds and exchanged are negotiable.
