Meet the maker Tricia Prodywus

I have been making jewellery for five years, and three years ago was asked to make a tiara for a friends wedding.
I went on a course with Linda Jones, a well known jewellery designer, writer and teacher.
I really enjoy making wedding jewellery, I have just finished a tiara for Abby - here's her comment -
"I've just picked up my tiara it's absolutely perfect, exactly what I wanted.

Payment:
Is via paypal… Remember you do not need to be paypal registered to pay as long as you have a debit/credit card. Please pay within 5 days of purchase if you are having problems please contact me. Once payment has cleared the item will be on it’s way to you.

Postage and Packaging:
I aim to post within 1-2 working days of payment. Your item will be well wrapped and securely packaged. Currently items are dispatched via First Class Royal Mail. If you would like to upgrade to recorded or special delivery please contact me before purchasing. Similarly if you would like to pay for insurance on posting contact me.

I always obtain proof of postage with each item and please remember that Royal Mail do not insure jewellery items unless it is sent via special delivery.

Returns:
If for any reason you are unhappy with your item returns are possible! Please contact me within 7 days of receipt to arrange either a refund or an exchange. Unless items are faulty postage costs will not be refunded and please ensure items are returned in good condition and as soon as possible. Earrings cannot be returned, unless faulty.
