Hello and welcome to our shop of handmade, fabric items. Juniper Spools grew out of a love of crafts and crafting. We are a mother, daughter and Auntie team who always strive to create perfect items that would be lovely as a treat for your self or would be perfect as a gift. We have a passion for crafts, with a particular interest in fabrics. We enjoy seeking out fabrics and trimmings and love to collect and use vintage buttons. For every item we sell a donation will be made to a charity in my mums memory.

We make and sell our items for a hobby (not as a business) meaning that we are able to keep our prices low and offer you high quality items at reasonable prices.
   
All items have been described as accurately as possible, please note the colours may look different on different computers. Everything has been made in pet free, smoke free homes using the best quality materials.
 
Payments:
Please pay as soon as possible after purchase, but within 3 days, by Paypal (If you don't have a PayPal account you can still pay via PayPal's secure online payment facility with your credit/debit card). If you have any problems with payments please contact us and we will help wherever possible. All purchases will be posted to the paypal address.
 
Postage:
We will try to post within 1 day of receiving payment, but always within 3 days. We obtain proof of postage and will let you know I have posted your order. To keep postage costs low, we use First Class post for the UK and Airmail for international orders.
If you require postage to other destinations please contact us and we will price it for you.
 
Refunds and exchanges:
Returns are accepted on all unused items, however please contact me first. The item must be returned in its original condition within 7 days of receipt. Refunds will be issued upon safe return of the item. It is your responsibility to obtain proof of posting when returning items.
