I'm Clare, a full time mum and wife. I love coffee & chocolate, a good book, art deco glass, vintage clothes and funky coloured nail varnish - but most of all I love making things out of felt! I design and make pretty, quirky felt flower brooches and corsages, perfect for little girls and big girls alike. PAYMENT

I accept payment by Paypal only.
Payment must be received within 24 hours of order being made, otherwise I will assume that the order has been cancelled.

POST & PACKAGING

Items will be posted within 3 days of payment confirmation.
Items are posted Royal Mail Second Class unless requested differently.
Items are securely packaged to ensure your order reaches you in first class condition. Some recycled packaging may be used.

RETURNS

In the unlikely event that you are not entirely satisfied with your order, then returns may be accepted, however, please contact me in the first instance.
Items may then be returned in original condition within 7 days of receipt. A full refund will then be issued, excluding postage costs.
