Welcome to JewelOri. My name is Catherine and I’m based in Norfolk. I’m a full time student and I also work. I have been crafting with paper as a hobby for around 4 years.

I find paper fascinating as it’s delicate yet durable when treated correctly and can be manipulated is so many different ways. All my creations are varnished with a waterproof varnish over 2 days to increase their durability. However they are not waterproof. I mainly use handmade paper but sometimes my pieces use recycled paper from music books, newspapers etc.

The findings on my jewellery are UK Nickel compliant. Findings can be changed to sterling silver upon request for a small extra cost.

PAYMENT:
Payment is by PayPal only. Items will be relisted and order cancelled if payment has not been received within three days.

POSTAGE:
I aim to post all orders within three working days of receipt of payment. Please allow up to 21 days for customised items as these will be made to order and I may need to get the right materials ordered to do so. All items are sent by Royal Mail first class recorded delivery, which will have to be signed for.

PACKAGING
All jewellery is packed in a voile pouch. Multiple orders will be sent in one box, but still individually packaged.

REFUNDS/EXCHANGES:
If there is a problem with your order, please contact me and I will be happy to arrange an exchange or a refund for the item. However, earrings cannot be exchanged for hygiene reasons. Refunds/exchanges will be sent once the item in question has been returned to me. Postage will only be refunded on faulty items.
