Meet the maker Lisa Tricoteuse

I am an artist and community artist and have a particular passion for textiles, namely knitting & crochet. I travel around a lot and spend most of the summer at festivals running the knitting tent, giving lessons, creating site art and selling hats, bags and other knitted goodies. If you buy something from my shop - here's a few things you should know:

Payment
Please pay at the checkout, three days will be allowed for payment. Payment should be made using PayPal (account with them not necessary, you can use usual debit/credit card).

Shipping

Items will be gift shipped, first class within 72 hours. Where possible I will use re-cycled packaging to send the item.

Returns
If you require a refund for your purchase you must contact me within 3 working days of receipt. The item should be returned within seven working days unused and in its original packaging. Postage costs can not be refunded. If it's a hat you may be able to send it back for re-sizing, please contact me to check. I recommend returned items are sent insured as any items that get lost cannot be refunded.
