Meet the maker Lorraine Milburn

I'm Lorraine and I love to make things! I've been knitting, crocheting, cross stitching and sewing since I was very young and just love it all :-)

All my items are hand made with great care in a smoke free home, I do have two cats so not pet free but they are kept away from my stitching or they steal the threads and wool! I want you to be happy with your purchase and would love you to message me with any queries and I'll do my best to help you.

Payments
I accept payment by paypal only, you don't need to have an account with them to pay by credit or debit card.

Refund policy
I take a lot of pride in my items and make them with care but if for some reason you aren't happy with the item I will accept returns as long as they are returned in the original saleable condition and with the original packaging within 7 days. I will refund the original item cost and p&p but the return postage would be non-refundable unless the item is faulty. Contact me before you return an item so we can arrange this.

Custom orders
I'm happy to make any custom orders for you just ask :-) For example if you want any doll made with a different hair/skin colour or the outfit changed to your favourite colour let me know and I'll be happy to arrange this with you. I'm also happy to make any type of amigurumi for you so if you want a certain animal or style send me a message and we can arrange this.

I can stitch personalised items too for you whether you are looking for a full cross stitched birth/wedding sampler or just initials embroidered to one of my items like the felt hearts. Please contact me and we can discuss what you would like.

Custom orders will take a little extra time with being made to your specification so please allow for this if the item is for a gift.
