HELEN MCCARTNEY DESIGNS
Helen McCartney Designs offers a unique range of individually hand painted Watercolour and Ink Pictures, Fabric Pictures, Mirrors, Cards and Russian Dolls designed and decorated by myself. From the Naming Pictures, with their fun quirky characters to the 'Marry Me' Russian Dolls, each distinctive item would make the perfect gift and special memento. If, however, you have a special request in mind whether it is a different theme, or even a different occasion such as a Wedding, Anniversary or Retirement please contact me and I will endeavour to accommodate your requirements.

ABOUT ME
I graduated from Staffordshire University in 1998 with an MA in Ceramic Design for Production and then spent 6 years working as a freelance designer for various ceramics companies including Royal Doulton and Jersey Pottery.

I have always been interested in children's book illustrations and whilst working at Royal Doulton I was given the opportunity to design several ranges of children's nursery ware.
With the arrival of my three lovely nieces, Alex, Fran and Esme, I knew I wanted to give them a keepsake to celebrate their birth. After trying, but not being able to find the perfect gift, I came to the decision of 'why not make them a gift yourself?', so I decided to paint them each a picture with their names in the design. With such positive feedback from friends and family I was encouraged to focus on designing my own range of children's pictures, mirrors, murals and canvases which I thoroughly enjoy creating.

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE ?

Cards.
I always aim to make and send my cards within 4 working days on receipt of payment. If it does take a bit longer, I will contact you to let you know.

A3 and A4 Custom Prints.
These will be sent out within 2 weeks on receipt of payment. I always endeavour to get your items to you quicker if at all possible.

Limited Edition Prints.
Please allow 7 working days for delivery from receipt of order.

These are estimates in timing of products being made and sent out to you. If you would like any of the items sooner than stated, please feel free to get in touch and I will let you know if it is possible.

Most importantly, please make sure that all of the information that you give me is correct for all personalised Cards and Gifts e.g Name spelling, dates e.t.c as I will not be able to rectify them once started.

POSTAGE AND PACKAGING

Cards, A3 and A4 Prints.
The Cards and Prints are sent by First Class post in a cello bag and hard backed envelope.
If you buy multiples of the cards I will double them up in the cello bag to reduce packaging waste.

Please contact Helen McCartney Designs if you would like to know other options for postage e.g First Class, Special Delivery etc or if you would like to order more than one item and I will be happy to discuss shipping details and costs.

REFUNDS

I really hope that you will be very happy with your item,but if you are not I will guarantee your money back on all NON PERSONALISED items.
All NO PERSONALISED items must be returned within 14 days of delivery and be in perfect saleable condition.
Unfortunately, I am unable to offer refunds for PERSONALISED ITEMS (i.e. Any Item that has been customised specifically for the customer).
I will be happy to replace any items damaged in transit when returned.
