All of our plaques and announcements are beautifully presented, wrapped in tissue and gift boxed ready for you to send to your family and friends. After completion our bespoke framed announcements can be either freestanding or wall mounted. All of our work is designed to produce a truly unique gift that will be treasured for many years to come.

All our pieces can be personalised. A unique and unusual gift to celebrate a birth, Christening, naming day or birthday.

payment
Items should be paid for within 48 hours, through Paypal. Payment can be made by credit/debit card, with or without a Paypal account. If for any reason you should change your mind before paying, please contact us as soon as possible. As soon as we receive your completed order and payment, we will contact you to confirm any personalisation details.

delivery
We aim to dispatch with 7 working days. This is due to the custom, bespoke nature of our products. All of our pieces will be securely packed and dispatched via Royal Mail. International orders (outside UK), will be dispatched via Royal Mail International. Any customs fees are the buyer’s responsibility. International carrier delivery times are usually 10-21 working days.

refunds
I accept returns if your purchase has been damaged. Please contact me as soon as possible to discuss a solution. In this case I assume all responsibility for postage costs.
