My manifesto 2011

Thank you for looking at my shop - I hope you find something you like. I aim to take something unloved and make something lovely.

I can be contacted anytime if you have any enquiries by using "Ask designer a question" on the left of my shop front page.

PAYMENT

I accept payments via PayPal. You can use a credit or debit card through PayPal without signing up for a PayPal account if you prefer.

Please pay on purchasing, any items remaining unpaid will be relisted after 48 hours.

POSTAGE

I am happy to combine postage if more than one item is purchased. Please contact me and any postage refund necessary will be repaid to your paypal account.

Items are posted Mon-Fri and I aim to process and post out your order within 2 working days. Items are sent Royal Mail 1st Class. A proof of postage will always be obtained.

Items are wrapped in recycled tissue and posted in protective reused packaging so they arrive in perfect condition.

RETURNS

If you are at all unsatisfied with your order, please contact me within 7 days to discuss the matter and resolve the issue quickly.

I am happy to offer a full refund, not including return postage, provided that the item is returned unused and in it's original condition. I recommend that you obtain proof of posting as no refund will be given on items lost in return post without it.
