Meet the maker Michelle Willis

I started crocheting when my daughter was born in October 2009. I started making baby bonnets for my daughter and am now branching out into lots of other projects. Everything is made to a high standard and most products will have been 'road tested by a rather busy toddler before I make them for sale.

Terms & Conditions
Orders

We aim to despatch all orders (excluding personalised/custom orders) within 3 working days of cleared payment.

Delivery Charges

Domestic UK - £2.00 per order

European Union - £4.00 per order

Everywhere Else - £6.00 per order

Pricing and VAT

All prices and postage costs in my shop are in British Pounds (GBP) and are fully inclusive.

Payment

Currently payment is accepted via PAYPAL. You can make a secure payment with a debit or credit card using these even if you do not have an account with them. Full payment instructions are given at checkout. If you wish to pay by cheque etc please let me know, but please note this will delay dispatch.

Please note that fifty per cent of all custom makes must be paid for before I begin making the item.

Product Descriptions

We take every care to ensure that product photographs are true colour and descriptions are accurate. Please note that colour reproduction may differ from one computer screen to another, depending on age, make and your own screen settings.

Promotions and Special Offers

From time to time Gifted Goodies may offer discounts and other promotions on the products available in this shop (exclusions may apply). These will be promoted through direct marketing (email/newsletter) or through social media (twitter/facebook).

All discounts and promotions are subject to these terms and conditions and any others as specified in the promotion.

Returns

All orders are handmade with love and packaged with care to arrive in perfect condition.

We very much hope you will be over the moon with your purchase. If, however you wish to return your order please contact us by email within 7 days of receipt.

Items not wanted MUST be returned in original packaging and in saleable condition. It is recommended that you use recorded or special delivery service for the return so it can be tracked. We do not accept responsibility for returns lost in transit to us.

You are responsible for the cost of returning unwanted items to us and this will not be refunded.

Refunds

In the case of unwanted items, refund will be made upon receipt of returned items subject to them being of saleable condition, with all original packaging and paperwork. Return postage costs will NOT be refunded.

In the case of damaged/faulty/incorrect items refund will be made upon receipt and inspection of returned items. In this case the cost of return postage may be refunded and replacement item (if required) sent free of charge.

Refunds will be made directly to your PAYPAL account.
