Items are posted out Monday - Friday same day if bought before 3pm and not personalised.
Buyers please note that Cheques and Postal Orders are accepted in the name Rachel Boyd

I have a no Quibble returns policy for all non personalised items.
Items returned should be within 7 days of receipt and in the same condition as received. Return postage is not refunded unless an item is faulty.
