Meet the maker Victoria Martin

I am an artisan based in the Bedfordshire countryside creating beautiful pieces and accessories with love in my studio. Using yarn and textiles, I design and produce original knitted and crocheted accessories, decorative and occasionally, when inspiration takes me, jewellery .

I hand dye yarns in small batches, in exciting colour gradients, perfect for socks, gloves or hats. I use this yarn for the items I make but do occasionally have yarn for sale in my Folsky shop. I am always happy to talk about custom orders for hand dyed yarn, and larger quantities of yarn in particular colourways may be available by request.

I look for inspiration all around me, from colours to pattern and design. Lots of the pieces I make have come about as a request for a particular item, often from my sister. I love the creative process that comes from shared experiences and ideas, so chat with me, ask questions, share ideas.........who knows where it will lead us.
