Meet the maker Linda Fidler

Hello and welcome to my Folksy shop.

You will see in my designs that I get a lot of inspiration from flowers and bright colours and all my jewellery and accessories are handmade and unique one-off designs. My creations are either made with quality semi-precious gemstones or my own handmade and designed polymer clay beads and flowers, which I use to make; necklaces, bracelets, earrings and other accessories.

Polymer clay beads are very durable and very comfy to wear as they are not as heavy as glass or semi-precious gemstones, however, as with all jewellery, it is wise to still take good care of them, avoid hard wear and tear, spraying them with hairspray or perfume and remove if you are going for a swim or shower, although a little water should do them no harm. It’s also a good idea to store any jewellery in zip sealed plastic bags when you are not wearing it.

PAYMENT

Payment is by PayPal only please. It is simple to set up a Paypal account, or you can use the PayPal service to pay securely using a debit/credit card, without having to set up an account. Please pay within 3 days of placing your order or the order will be cancelled and the item re-listed.

POSTAGE & PACKING

All items are made in a smoke and pet-free home. They will be tissue wrapped and placed in an organza bag before being well packaged in a padded envelope.
I aim to post out all items within 2-3 days of receiving confirmation of payment. I generally send out all items via 1st class post, but please get in touch prior to making payment if you would like it sending via recorded delivery. I will also combine postage costs if buying more than one item.

REFUNDS/EXCHANGES

If there is a problem with your order, please contact me within 7 days of receiving the item and I will be happy to arrange an exchange or a refund. However, earrings cannot be exchanged for hygiene reasons. Refunds/exchanges will be sent via Paypal once the item in question has been returned to me in its original condition. Return postage will only be refunded on faulty items.
