Meet the maker Gail Griggs

Thanks for visiting my shop. I'm Gail, originally from Scotland but now living in Cheshire. I have loved taking and looking at photographs for as long as I can remember.

These vintage inspired prints have been taken using a technique called ttv (through the viewfinder). I use an original 1940s camera so the dust, scratches, blur and flaws are all part of the original images I produce.

I also photograph weddings, events and portraits using a more conventional approach. You can find more details on my website www.gailgriggs.co.uk.

Payment
Payment is through Paypal. You do not need to have a Paypal account to make payment using a credit/debit card. Items will be posted as soon as possible after payment is received but definitely within 3 - 5 working days.

Returns policy
I hope you'll love any items purchased from me but if you need to return your item please send me a message stating the reason for the return, order reference number or item title along with your contact name, telephone number and address.
Items must be in their original packaging, and returned within 14 days of receipt. I strongly recommended that you return by a trackable delivery service, i.e. Royal mail recorded delivery as I will not be responsible for items that go missing on return. Sorry, you'll have to pay for the return postage costs too.

Once your item has been received you will receive a full refund of the purchase cost (excluding postage costs). If you are returning a faulty or damaged item you will also be refunded your return postage costs.

Delivery
All items will normally be dispatched within 3-5 working days after payment has been received. They will be posted by first class Royal Mail delivery. If for any reason your order is delayed in being dispatched you will be notified by email. If you need an item super quick, please check with me what delivery options can be arranged before you order - I'll try my best to get it to you in time.

Cancellations
You are entitled to cancel any order. If you wish to cancel, you must send your item(s) back to me within 14 days of receipt. A refund will be issued when the item has been returned in its original condition with its original packaging. Postage will not be refunded for cancellations.

Overseas customers
I'm happy to post overseas, which will be by standard airmail delivery. Any customs charges that may be incurred for receiving goods from overseas must be paid by the customer.
