Payment
I accept PayPal or cheques.
Any import taxes etc are the responsibility of the buyer.

Delays
If an occasion arises where shipping may be delayed, for example when Royal Mail experiences difficulties due to weather conditions, I will keep the buyer informed.

Shipping
If I've already made the item then I'll send it within 3 working days of receipt of payment. Made to order bags will take longer. Please contact me so I can give you a precise timescale.
Small items within the UK will usually be sent First Class using Royal Mail, larger ones will be sent using Hermes courier. If you would prefer to use a different service then let me know when you place the order.

If you are ordering from overseas then please contact me with your requirements so I can give you a range of options and prices for parcels to your country.

I always receive proof of postage. If you would like to track or have your parcel insured let me know so I can send you details of any additional costs

Refunds
The materials in my bags are carefully selected and lovingly sewn together. I only sell bags that I would happily use myself. If you are not happy with your purchase then please contact me within 7 days of receiving your item. I can then send the relevant information on how to return it. Please note the item must be returned unused, undamaged and in the original condition. Refunds will be made via PayPal.
