I have been creating beautiful and unique jewellery since I was in my teens and am now working on bespoke collections in collaboration with other like-minded designers of fashion and accessories.

Postage and Deliveries
All Firefly jewellery is made to order. I aim to despatch your items within one week but at busy times this may be slightly longer. I will advise you if there is likely to be any delay.

All orders are sent by Royal Mail first class delivery within mainland UK. For orders to other destinations, please contact us.

Delivery charges:
£3.50 for standard first class delivery.
FREE delivery on all orders over £50.00.

Terms and Conditions

Online Ordering
Once an order has been placed we will confirm that your order has been accepted by sending an email to the email address you provide. Our acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding agreement between us.

We accept all orders for products and services subject to availability.

All credit and debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. Payment will be debited to your account before despatch of your purchase. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

Whilst every effort is upheld to ensure all order alterations are carried through, Firefly Jewels can not guarantee alterations are received before the order is processed and dispatched.

Returns and Refunds
At Firefly Jewels we always strive to ensure that you are more than happy with your purchases and are 100% committed to customer satisfaction. If, for any reason, your purchase arrives to you damaged or is unsatisfactory in any way, we will make every effort to make sure that the situation is resolved to ensure you are happy with your purchase. Items can be exchanged for goods of the same value or for a full refund for the cost of the product.

Please bear in mind all returned items must be within 30-days. You can return it to us in its original, unused condition, in the original packing, securely packed for postage and with a note quoting the original invoice number, your name, and a short explanation of what you require enclosed. Please note, if you have ordered the wrong item, or it was not you wanted, we can only refund you for the goods returned and not the postage.

Complaints/ Suggestions - If you have any complaints/suggestions about our services, then please email us and we will be happy to help in any way that we can. Any feedback, both positive and negative, is very important to us as it will help us to provide the best service possible.

Due to certain manufacturing processes we are unable to guarantee colour continuity. Due to the nature of handmade products, slight differences in shape/form are possible. Beads may discolour over time, and we cannot guarantee they will remain colourfast indefinitely. Also customers should note that due to the nature of different internet browsers and monitor settings, colours may appear slightly different in tone to their true colouring. This is unavoidable but we are happy to give a refund if you are unhappy with the colouring, as it is our aim to make sure that all customers are delighted with their orders.

All sizes and measurements given are approximate and provided for guidance only. We have made every effort to describe product sizes as accurately as possible.

Price Information
Firefly Jewels has taken great care to ensure prices are accurate. All prices include VAT where appropriate.

Please note that all pricing is subject to change.

Firefly Jewels reserves the right to introduce promotions at any time. All orders made prior to a promotion being introduced cannot be changed to that of the promotion.
