Welcome everyone! My name is Fey and in my spare time I love crafting. I have participated in a few craft bazaars and exhibitions in the UK and Greece and my work has also been exhibited in a museum shop.

- I accept only Paypal payment. Payment is expected within 24 hours from the time of the purchase, otherwise the transaction will be cancelled.

- In the unlike case an item is faulty, you can return the item within 7 days of receipt. Please note that I will not refund postage cost, only the item's value. As soon as I receive the returned items unused and in their original packaging, I will arrange the refund to you.

- All orders are shipped Second Class (unrecorded) from Manchester, UK.

- All overseas orders are shipped via royal post unrecorded. They usually take 7-10 working days to arrive but can take up to 2-3 weeks due to delays at customs, bank holidays etc. If you have not received your packet in this time, please contact me to resolve the problem.

- I bear no responsibility for items that are lost, missing or damaged in transit.

- I bear no responsibility for taxes or duties charged on items upon arrival. International buyers are responsible for all customs fees or taxes.

- When possible, I offer discounts for multiple purchases. The extra items should have the same or less weight than the first and the total weight of order should be less than 100gr. If the items are heavier, shipping cost is calculated according to the total weight. In that case, I will first contact you about the total postage cost, to confirm your order.

- Earrings cannot be returned for hygienic reasons according to EU laws.
