Hello, my name is Claire and I am a self taught felt artist who lives in Pembrokeshire in the very west of Wales. I started felting in 2010 and soon became addicted. I love the freedom felting gives you, the texture, colour and versatility of the fibre.I love working with natural fibers and colour. A lot of my inspiration comes from nature. In the felting madhatter shop you will find a variety of beautiful unique felt accessories, jewellery, handbags, gloves and scarves. I have recently started making jewelry which enhances the range I can offer.

Payment:

I only take instant payment through Paypal. Please remember to check that your Folksy and paypal address details are correct and are the same. If they are not the same then please email to let me know which is your correct shipping address.

If you don't have a PayPal account, don't worry; you can still pay via the service using a debit or credit card. Choose the PayPal option during checkout. After you’ve submitted your order, click on the ‘Pay Now’ button. Scroll down and you’ll see the option to pay with a credit or debit card without having to sign up for a PayPal account.

If for some reason you have problems with paypal or buy in error please contact me immediately so we can sort things out.

Shipping:

I always ship items within 1 UK working days (Monday to Friday) of your purchase. Shipping within the UK is by Royal Mail First Class post and overseas by Royal Mail Airmail. I always obtain proof of postage, and am also happy to provide postal insurance at an additional charge.

Returns:

Please email before making returns to make sure I am aware to expect a package. Return item in the condition I sent within 7 days for refund of the item cost. Postage and packing including return postage and packing will not be refunded.

Please ensure all returns are well packaged.It is recommended that all returns are sent by an insured or signed for postal/shipping method for your security as, you can understand, I cannot refund items I don't receive for inspection and in a fit state for resale.

International buyers:

As a seller I am not responsible for any customs duty or tax charged by your government on imported goods into your country so please make sure you are aware of your country's import charges for goods from Britain.
