Meet the maker Far Up North

We are a husband and wife team who have been crafting for many years, making items for our own home, family, friends and for local craft shops.

In 2011 we moved to the far north of Scotland and that is when we opened our Folksy shop. We regularly attend craft markets and list on our facebook page when and where they are, so if you are in the area drop in to see us at one of them.

Payment

Please pay within 3 days of purchasing the item/s. I will accept payment by Paypal, cheque and postal order.

Postage

I post items within 3 working days of receiving cleared payment.

There will be a discount on postage if you are purchasing more than one item, but please contact me for further details.

All items within the UK are sent by Royal Mail. Recorded delivery is available at an additional cost, by prior arrangement.

I will also accept international orders, but please note that the delivery time will be extended. Please contact me for further details and postage costs.

I pack every item carefully and have a policy of recycling as much of my packaging as possible.

Refunds

If you wish to return an item, please contact me within 7 days of receipt and return the item within 14 days, unused and complete with its original packaging. For your protection I would recommend that you use an insured/trackable method of return.
