In my handmade fabric flower shop, you will find a large selection of bridal flowers, and handmade flower acessories. As well as handmade wedding flowers and girls hair acessories you will find brooches and corsages too. I hope you enjoy my fabric flower wedding bouquets. Payment
Please make payment within 3 days of purchasing. If payment is not received or I am not contacted in three days, the item will be relisted.

Shipping
Every item is custom made for you so may take up to a week before shipping. I use first class Royal Mail for items, Items usually arrive in 3-5 days (once shipped) within the U.K. and 5-10 days in many countries outside the U.K. I will give you an estimated time for any custom orders...if time is a concern, please convo me before ordering. I will do my best to accommodate you. You may choose to purchase shipping insurance, for I am not responsible for lost items once I send them. Please give a secure address for me to ship to.

Refunds and Exchanges
I want you to be 100% happy with any purchase. If there is a problem, please contact me and I will work with you to find a solution. Returns will be fully refunded, less shipping and handling, upon receiving the item back in original condition, within 14 days (unless contacted and other arrangements are agreed upon).

Custom orders are returnable within 7 days, less shipping and deposit.

Additional Policies and FAQs

I absolutely love creating custom designs! You may contact me through the “conversation” feature to discuss possibilities, but please read the following first.

STYLE: First browse through my current listings, as well as sold items, to get a feel for which styles or combinations you would like. Including links to my work or photos of your own when trying to describe what you want is a big help (if you are referring to my work PLEASE include a link, instead of just the title). I’m always willing to design something totally new too!

MATERIALS: Keep in mind that most of my flowers are hand painted, so recreating something you see of mine EXACTLY may or may not be possible, but I can usually come close.

COLOR: I know getting the color right to match your dress or your theme is important, so I will do my very best. Keep in mind that while sending photos help, it cannot guarantee a PERFECT color match because of picture quality and different monitor settings. The ideal way to guarantee a color match would be for you to send a fabric swatch. If I can mix the silk paint or buy the fabric it can be done!

PRICING: Pricing can vary due to the different materials I use, the size and how detailed the beadwork is. Being very descriptive and clear with the first convosation, will give you a quick and more definite quote. I give a discount for large quantity orders.

DEPOSIT: I may ask for a small deposit before I start to cover supply costs if you are asking for large quantities, or if I need to buy specific supplies just for you. The rest of the price will be paid once I list your reserved listing with photos of your final piece. The deposit is non-refundable once I buy the supplies and start working, but I am a very fair person and there can always be exceptions for certain circumstances.

You may choose not to buy the final product, but I will then be free to sell it to another buyer. Please let me know as soon as possible if you decide it isn’t for you.

Please be respectful of my time, and be very clear about what you want. A lot of time goes into shopping for the perfect color match, and creating each piece. Please understand that fabric I buy is not returnable, nor is my time spent.
