Meet the maker Esme Dodsworth

My sole interest is to create something beautiful that someone will cherish for years to come. I just love creating and I am always creating new items of jewellery, home wares and lino cuts. I love discovering new techniques and will happily spend hours making lovely trinkets for others to enjoy.

I am Esme and I live in the flat landscape of Lincolnshire, with my husband, Father in law and 2 cats. I have my own little space to go create, as I tend to make lots of mess I can close the door behind me at night.
I trained in fashion design and photography for 3 years and my love for jewellery design has carried on with me since I was a teenager. Creating pottery and lino cuts are something that I enjoy the process of greatly. You can find me over at my blog

Payment

I only accept paypal at this time. Please pay within 3 days from purchase date, I am happy to reserve items for 7 days, please contact me first :-)

Shipping

As I am located in the United Kingdom, it may take 10 to 15 days for your item to arrive if you are located outside the UK 1-3 days for Domestic. For all items in stock, I post within 48 hours of purchase, for custom items each item is stated in the listing how long it will take to complete. I will always keep you informed with custom items.

All items will be posted via royal mail first class post or airmail for overseas buyers.

Please note when ordering from outside your own country you may have to pay custom fees on your purchases, Buyer is responsible to pay these charges.

Refunds and Exchanges

Here at EsmeDodsworthDesign we strive to provide great products and good customer service if however you are not happy with your purchase then you may advise us of your wish to cancel within 7 working days following the day of delivery. Following such cancellation we will refund in full your payment as soon as possible and in any case within 30 days from the date of your cancellation.

If you do decide to cancel a purchase then the goods must be returned to us at your cost within 21 days of the cancellation. We would recommend that you use a postal method that will provide the appropriate level of cover in case the goods are damaged or lost in transit.

If the goods you receive are not as we described them or are damaged then please advise us immediately via email, and we will refund in full and either arrange collection of the goods, provide funds for their return or ask you to dispose of them.
