Thanks for popping in to my shop.

I'm Gail, originally from Scotland but now living in Cheshire. I have always loved making things especially those that are a bit different to what you can get on the high street.

Recently I have been mostly sewing things for children including bibs, bags, toddler sized aprons and small bean bags. Hopefully I'll also find time to occasionally make some things for bigger people too.

Originals of all my items have been vigorously tested by my family and friends, but as with anything for children you should check anything that has been well loved regularly for wear and tear.

Payment
Payment is through Paypal. You do not need to have a Paypal account to make payment using a credit/debit card.
Returns policy
I hope you'll love any items purchased from Elliot's House but if you need to return your item please send me a message stating the reason for the return, order reference number or item title along with your contact name, telephone number and address.

Items must be in their original packaging, and returned within 14 days of receipt.
I strongly recommended that you return by a trackable delivery service, i.e. Royal mail recorded delivery as Elliot's House will not be responsible for items that go missing on return. Sorry, you'll have to pay for the return postage costs too.

Once your item has been received you will receive a full refund of the purchase cost (excluding postage costs). If you are returning a faulty or damaged item you will also be refunded your return postage costs.

Delivery
All items will normally be dispatched within 3-5 working days. They will be posted by first class Royal Mail delivery. If for any reason your order is delayed in being dispatched you will be notified by email. If you need an item super quick, please check with me what delivery options can be arranged before you order.

Cancellations
You are entitled to cancel any order. If you wish to cancel, you must send your item(s) back to me within 14 days of receipt. A refund will be issued when the item has been returned in its original condition with its original packaging. Return postage will not be refunded for cancellations.

Overseas customers
I'm happy to post overseas but you'll have to contact me for the postage rate to your country. Any customs charges that may be incurred for receiving goods from overseas must be paid by the customer.
