Meet the maker Jenny-Ruth O'Neill

Hello & welcome to Ditsy Dots Handmade Accessories.

I have always been into crafts and creating. As a child my mum would help me make things Id seen on Blue Peter or in my comic of the time lol. At 17 I made earrings and sold them to friends but then went off to Uni to study Ceramic Design and my little business stopped.
Now years on I am an Art & Design teacher in High schools and enjoy the varied projects I cover with my pupils. I love to explore new ways of creating Art, Craft & Design.
In Dec 2007 I attended a Claire Aristides Jewellery Making Workshop which really uplifted my jaded spirits and made me take up my long lost hobby of jewellery making once more. Over the last year I have been developing new ideas and am so pleased to be back making!
