ABOUT ME
Hello, and welcome to ♥ Cute Little Keepsakes ♥ which is just me doing what I love.

For as long as I can remember, I've had a passion for crafts, sewing and especially machine embroidery which has resulted in a long established business making unique individual keepsakes for all occasions.

I love the homespun/primitive look and anything heart- shaped appeals to me. I like to use silk fabric for most of my personalised cushions/ keepsakes, and always use the best quality toy filling.

Being surrounded by my enormous stash of fabrics, buttons, ribbons, haberdashery and patterns etc.is where I love to spend my time and gives me inspiration for new creations.

CUSTOM ORDERS
As most of my creations are personalised to order, please send me a message with your requirements, colour choices , names etc.. Please provide as much detail as possible to ensure you will be delighted with the finished product.

PAYMENT
I accept payment by Paypal, bank transfer, personal cheque or postal order.

POSTAGE AND PACKING
Goods will be posted throughout the U.K. by 1st class mail for which I will obtain a certificate of posting.

I will endeavour to send your order within 7 days of receiving payment . This will allow me time to make your individual item.
Let me know if your order is urgent and I will try my best to oblige.

RETURNS
Great care is taken to ensure customer satisfaction. However, should you not be 100% happy with your purchase, please let me know immediately to arrange a replacement/refund (excluding postal charges)
