Meet the maker Jan Plimmer

I was born into a family were everyone either made or grew something. My Nan (the village dressmaker) my Mum (the knitting fiend), My Dad the perfect greenfingers ever, also made leather goods in his spare time), my Grandad (the village cobbler). So you could say crafting is in my DNA. I especially like paprcrafts, knitting, especially baby clothes and crocheting, but have tried many crafts.

I started the shop to sell the wonderful gift boxes I have made but as I love all sorts of crafts I hope to add more craft items soon. I have set out below my shop info and policies but please contact me for further info or to ask about any of my goods.

Craftybitz Info and Policies
Orders are shipped as soon as possible, within 3 working days of receiving payment. All items are carefully packaged and mailed to you in a bubble wrap envelope or other suitable wrapping dependent upon the item being sent. Some boxes will be shipped flat. I ship by first class Royal mail.
For non UK buyers please note that I am not responsible for any customs charges or taxes on my packages entering your country. These are charges you must pay yourself - if they are applied.

Refunds and Exchanges.
I hope you will be happy with your item. I will refund if the item is not what you wanted. Please return the item within 14 days, unworn/unused & with original packaging. For your protection I recommend that you use an insured/trackable method of return.” Please contact me within 7 days of your receiving any item before returning it so that I know to expect its arrival. I will package goods well so that it is unlikely that they will be damaged in transit. In that event please contact me in the first instance and I will do my utmost to rectify the problem.
