About me
My name is Toni and I am currently training to become a secondary science teacher. In my spare time, I craft, the products of which can be found in this shop. I have two rabbits called Oscar and Jessie who inspired the name of this shop, and some of the more rabbit-y themed objects I sell.
I started making jewellery on and off a couple of years ago, mainly to make earrings for myself to wear. The bead addiction bug quickly took over though, and soon I had more beads than I knew what do to with! That's when I started selling, and I haven't looked back since.
Since then, I have tried experimenting and making different things, which will often appear in this shop!

Payment
Payment is through PayPal as this protects everyone. Once payment is received, I will dispatch items within 3 days, unless otherwise stated in the item description. Please can you pay within seven days. If you don't have a PayPal account, don't worry! You can still pay via the service using a debit or credit card. Choose the PayPal option during checkout. After you’ve submitted your order, click on the ‘Pay Now’ button. Scroll down and you’ll see the option to pay with a credit or debit card WITHOUT having to sign up for a PayPal account.

Postage and Packaging
All items will be wrapped accordingly in tissue paper and then packaged in a large bubble lined envelope. These will be recycled if possible to help keep postage costs down. Items will be posted as soon as possible after payment is received, and no later than 3 working days. All items within the UK are sent first class via royal mail unless otherwise stated. I can obtain postal insurance if this is something you would like, please message me about this before purchase. Postage overseas is to be confirmed.

Returns
I hope that when you buy something from this shop you are very happy with your purchase! However, if this is not the case and you would like to return it, please contact me within 7 days of receiving the item. then pease return the items in the condition recieved and in the original packaging and I will be happy to organise a full paypal refund of the actual purchase cost. I am unable to refund your return postage costs. If the item is faulty or damaged, I will refund or replace the item, and return all postage costs as well
