Welcome to Krafty Lou Lou, Thank-you for taking time to browse my shop.
I've been crafting for a couple of years now, it's an additive hobby that keeps me out of mischief and as my 3 children are getting older I am finding more time to take time out to relax and make my cards.

I do combine postage costs for multiple purchases.
Your item will be posted to you within 3 days of me receiving payment, generally the next day.
Any commissioned items may be posted out longer as I would need to make them accordingly, but I will keep you up to date with their progress.
If you are not happy with your purchase please contact me in the first instance, I do accept returns as long as the item reaches me in the original packing and in the same excellent condition it left me, I will only refund the original charge to yourself and not any additional postage costs you have made.

All my items are crafted with love and attention to detail using quality card stock and embellishments.
