Hello, I'm Katie, a designer-maker based in the South of the UK. I have now set up as 'Craft Drawer' to expand the range of products I produce, so please look up my new shop! Everything is handmade by myself, using non allergenic filling where applicable.

PAYMENT: I accept Paypal only. Please pay within 2 days of committing to buy.

POSTAGE:
Currently I only ship to destinations in the UK.
I always obtain proof of postage to help you track missing items.
If you haven't received the item within 7 working days please email me!

Your item will be securely packaged and sent by Royal Mail Second Class within 3 days of payment being received. I will combine postage for multiple purchases when possible.

* Please note sending items by 2nd Class is a new update, to try and keep costs low for my customers! If you would like items sent 1st Class, please get in touch, and I can amend the costs accordingly.*

REFUNDS & RETURNS:

I hope you will be happy with your purchase. Please contact me before purchasing if you have any queries about the products.

If you change your mind about your order before it has been dispatched, please contact me straight away and I will refund your payment including P&P. If you have changed your mind once you have received your item, again, please contact me and I will refund your order (not including P&P).

If the item is faulty upon inspection, please return to me and I will refund the payment including P&P. Please email me before returning the item and ensure that you obtain proof of posting, as I cannot refund payment for items lost in the post.

Please return within 7 days of receipt. The refund will be paid when the item has been received by myself.
