Meet the maker

I am a bit of a daydreamer...

Often I am daydreaming about Iceland, where I spent a year volunteering and got inspired to learn to knit properly, to make felt and to start taking photographs..I am still inspired by the bright colours of the houses, the language, the bold stark landscapes and the creative use of felt.

I am also inspired by my inner-child. I relish bold colours and strong simple designs. I want to encourage everyone to remember not to forget their inner child.

I studied basic fashion and pattern cutting at Huddersfield Tech a few years ago which improved my sewing skills.

Words are often twisted, especially in poetry, and I like to play with words in order to create different meanings..
