Meet the maker Lynsey Cherrie

Ciliegia Designs was created from a love of all things design! Originally from North Wales with a background in fashion and technology I fell in love with graphic design whilst studying and love creating fun prints, cards and other paper goods. I love playing around with words and creating typographic prints and currently have a passion for Farrow & Ball paint colours!

I currently live in Manchester with my husband and Tilly the Cat but my homeland Wales stays close to my heart. My business name is taken from the Italian word Ciliegia meaning cherry in keeping with my surname Cherrie which in turn is Scottish / French in origin.

I also create artwork for flyers / posters etc and undertake logo rebranding etc. Please contact me.

Working Hours

Please note that my normal working hours are evenings (5pm onwards until late) and weekends although I am available to answer any messagse and emails throuhout the day.

Proofs & Postage

Standard prints will be posted out 1st class by Royal Mail the next working day after payment has cleared.

For personalised prints I aim to get a proof over to you within 24hours. Please note that it is not always possible for personalised prints to be posted to you within the 3 day time frame frame due to the designing process, you agreeing the final proof and professional printing. I will keep you informed every step of the way though and these are posted out 1st class royal mail.

All 7x5 and 8x10 inch prints are posted flat wrapped in cellophane in hard backed envelopes and larger sizes are posted wrapped in tissue paper in a mailing tube.

Please note that the colour may vary slightly from what you see on the screen to the actual item due to monitor settings etc.

Returns

Standard Prints - If you are not happy with your purachse or the item has been damaged please contact me within 7 days of purchase for an exchange/refund. If you require a refund for faulty/damaged goods the original shipping costs will be deducated. I will issue a full refund for damaged goods.

Personalied Items - After agreeing the final proof personalised items are not eligible for a refund unless damaged in delivery.
