Meet the maker

Based in the beautiful seaside town of Whitstable in Kent (or Whitstabubble as it's affectionately known) famous for it's oysters, restaurants and boutiques, here at BubbleBay we love all things nautical and handmade.

Our inspiration comes from the quaint little town we grew up in and love and this shop is dedicated to all things from down by the sea.

Postage & Packaging:

All purchases will be carefully packed and shipped in new or clean recycled outer packaging wherever possible. It is our policy to recycle as much packaging as we can to help protect the environment we live in. For packaging we have to buy, we try to buy biodegradable wherever possible.

UK orders will be shipped by 1st class post within 2 working days of payment (Monday to Friday) unless items are made to order in which case we will contact you with an estimated depatch date.

Non UK residents are welcome to buy from our shop but please contact us first so we can advise shipment cost to your location and adjust the listing accordingly before payment is made.

**Please note that buyers are responsible for paying any import tax, customs duty or other receiving fees due on arrival in the country of destination. Refunds will not be given on items returned or undelivered due to non payment of any such fees**

Returns:

If for any reason you would like to return your item/s please contact us within 7 days of receipt of your parcel. Items must be returned unused, undamaged and in the original saleable condition and packaging and your payment including the original postage cost will be refunded on receipt of returned goods. Please ensure you obtain a certificate of posting for returned items as we cannot claim for or refund items lost in the mail on their way back unless proof of postage is provided. Return postage costs cannot be refunded, sorry!
