Meet the maker Elaine Briars and Kate Hanham

Welcome to Briars Designs. We are a mother and daughter partnership and create textile art inspired by nature. Our products include pictures, homewares, accessories and greetings cards. We use natural dying, printing and embroidery to create our original designs and use organic cotton, linen and recycled fabrics. Our greetings cards are printed on recycled card.

We find inspiration while working in the garden and walking in the countryside. Wild flowers and birds often feature in our designs.
