Welcome to Marie Halewood Millinery
Welcome to my little shop. I have two passions fashion and floristry. I have worked in both for many years and have always wanted a way to bring the two together. I am currently working on a collection of bespoke bridal bouquets and accessories, I hope will combine my knowledge of floristry with my love of textiles. I have so many influences I wont try to list them here. I will however try to recall them through my work. Ha Ha sounds so simple!!! Thanks for taking a peek!

Shop Policies
Turnaround Times
While a number of items in my shop are ready to ship, most items are made to order so please allow 7-10 days for your hair flowers, and 10-14 days for your sash or hat - unless stated otherwise. Depending on the availability of materials for custom orders, these time frames may be extended but I will keep you well informed of timing in our discussions.

Thank you in advance for your understanding and patience regarding these time frames. If you need an item shipped before these time frames, please convo me to discuss before you purchase a listing. I will try my very best to accommodate your urgent requests although this is dependent on current orders. A 'rush' fee may apply.

Custom Orders

I welcome custom variations to pieces in store and would love to work with you to create the perfect piece. If there is a particular colour you have in mind, please contact me to check availability. I have a large collection of silks and fabrics so the chances are I will probably have the colour you're after.

Bridal Parties

If you'd like a head band, flower or sash to suit your wedding colour scheme, please feel free to send me your colour chart and I'll do my very best to create something to match!

I'm always happy to accept custom orders to accessorise your bridal party. I offer a discount for large orders and am always happy to combine shipping costs.

Payment
I accept Paypal..
Please ensure payment has been made within 24 hours of purchase as most items are only made to order following receipt of payment. If you need more time to make a payment, or would like me to reserve an item for you until your next pay day, please let me know and I will happily oblige. If I do not hear back from you regarding payment I will cancel your order.

If you need assistance navigating PayPal, please let me know I will walk you through it!

Please ensure your Folksy address details are the same as your PayPal address details. I will ship to your Folksy address unless you request otherwise.

Shipping

I am more than happy to combine shipping.

Items are shipped to UK customers via Royal Mail recorded delivery service. For International orders: Items are shipped by Royal Mail Airsure delivery service. Please note that these are a registered and trackable services.
Arrangements can be made for International customers who need express delivery. I can arrange for a courier service for an extra fee. Please contact me if you need a price for this service.

Please be sure that your shipping address is a secure location.

All items will be shipped from my home in the UK, within the times specified in each listing or as discussed for custom orders. Please allow approximately 10-15 business days for your package to arrive but depending on country custom clearances and postal delays, this time frame can sometimes extend. On average, packages from the UK to the US, using the service above arrive between 7-10 business days from shipping, But this is not guaranteed.

Please allow 2-5 working days for shipping within UK.

Refunds and Exchanges

Please choose your items carefully .
I will ensure that all items listed are described as accurately as possible. Please ensure you read the listing properly, noting dimensions and colours. Please note that colours may vary between computer screens.
If for some reason you decide you do not want the item you have purchased.Contact me immediately by post or email. Please state on your correspondence why you wish to return the item You are responsible for the care and condition of the item whilst it is in your possession. You can return it within 7 days from receipt. All items must be returned in their original packaging and in the condition they were received in. You are responsible for any postage costs incurred for returned items. A full refund including the initial postage cost will be refunded as soon as the item has been returned and inspected.

I am unable to accept refunds or exchanges on custom requests.
